Co-Founder / Managing Partner
Sami, our Co-Founder, and Managing Partner, originally from Jordan, has been in Dubai since 1984. his bachelor's degree, Sami considered himself well suited for a career in real estate. weathering all the market highs and lows. With over 16 years of experience in senior management roles at large Dubai-based Real Estate Developers, he acquired an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate industry. In 2020, Sami decided to open Albnian Almutamiz Real Estate.
Sami spends much of his time working with clients looking to buy properties here in Dubai. He prefers a relaxed approach, ensures that his clients have all the necessary information, and provides feasible options before they move ahead with any purchase.
Mariam Izzat
Managing Director and founder
Mariam, Managing Director, and founder, originally from Jordan, has been in Dubai since 2006. his business management bachelor's degree, Mariam became a specialist in property sales and management. With over 9 years of experience in sales at large Dubai based Real Estate Developers, Mariam spends much of her time working with clients looking to buy properties here in Dubai. She prefers that her clients have all the necessary information and provide feasible options before they move ahead with any purchase.
She specializes in selling properties in most of the cities in UAE, especially in Dubai and Sharjah. And She is a firm believer in building good relationships with clients and working with them.
